Marcin Ługowski, our Founder and CEO, is an experienced entrepreneur and investment strategist with a focus on emerging markets such as Cambodia, Georgia, and Madagascar. He has a knack for identifying promising startups and devising effective management and sales strategies. His deep knowledge of local markets and documented successes both in Poland and internationally make him a valuable resource for investors interested in new economies. Since 2002, Marcin has been honing his skills in major Polish corporations, including managing sales at Polpager Group and serving as the Director of Sales at PKO BP Bankowy PTE, a part of Poland’s largest banking group, until 2011. Since then, he has led his own ventures, successfully expanding business and investments in developing countries. His innovative approach to investment significantly impacts the global business landscape.

Beginning his career in real estate investment in Eastern Europe, Piotr quickly distinguished himself through a forward-thinking approach and a track record of successful projects. His strategic journey into the Cambodian market in 2016 marked a significant expansion of his expertise into the Asian real estate sector. In Cambodia, he has been instrumental in developing innovative projects that meet the increasing demand for quality hospitality and residential spaces. Piotr has been crucial in extending our portfolio into other burgeoning markets, including Madagascar. Franklin began his professional journey in 2015, embarking on a path that would see him evolve into a distinguished legal expert. In January 2019, he joined the prestigious law firm Maître ANJARARISON as an Attorney, honing his skills and deepening his understanding of the intricate world of law. His relentless pursuit of excellence and a passion for the field led him to establish his own independent law firm in 2022, specializing in civil law.
